Privacy policy

This portfolio is operated by Julian Bass / TYT Media. It showcases creative work and lets you save favorites locally. There are no visitor accounts, payment forms, newsletter signups, advertising pixels, or analytics SDKs in the site’s application code.

Information used

• Browsing: the hosting infrastructure receives technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to deliver and protect the site. Hosting providers may maintain operational logs; these are separate from the browser settings described below.
• Your choices: saved project identifiers, themes, motion and sound settings, unlocked Easter eggs and media permissions stay in your browser’s local storage. TYT does not send these selections to a server.
• Contact: email and telephone links open your own app. If you contact Julian, your contact information and message are used to respond, discuss the project, and manage any agreed work. Email is handled through Gmail. Please only send information relevant to your inquiry, not sensitive personal information.
• Optional media: the embedded YouTube trailer is blocked until you allow it. YouTube/Google then receives connection information and may use its own storage technologies. External links to Drive, social platforms, press and film retailers take you to providers with their own policies.

No visitor data is sold or shared for targeted advertising by this site’s application. Contact correspondence is kept as needed for the inquiry, ongoing work, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Browser choices remain until you clear them or your browser removes them. The site does not set a retention period for hosting-provider logs.

Your choices and requests

Use Media & privacy settings to block YouTube or delete this browser’s saved site data. Deletion also removes unlocked rewards; it cannot be undone. It does not delete information from other devices, email, or external services.

For access, correction, deletion, or a privacy question, email tytmediaproductions@gmail.com. Include enough context to identify your inquiry; do not send identity documents unless a necessary verification method has been agreed. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Rights and available complaint routes depend on where you live.

Children

This is a general-audience professional portfolio, not a service directed to children under 13. It does not ask for children’s information or dates of birth. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact Julian to request its removal.

Cookie & storage policy

The TYT application does not set first-party cookies. It uses browser local storage for favorites (tyt-favorites-v1), display and motion preferences, sound settings, Easter egg progress and your optional-media choice. These enable the features you choose and are not used for tracking across websites.

YouTube is the only third-party embedded player in the application. It uses the privacy-enhanced YouTube domain, but this does not make it free of data collection. It remains blocked until you select “Allow YouTube.” You can refuse without losing access to the portfolio, and withdraw permission at any time. Blocking removes an active embedded player; it cannot undo data already sent or delete Google’s cookies.

Manage media & saved data

Your choice is remembered locally when browser storage is available. Without storage, it applies for the current page visit. Browser controls can also clear cookies and site storage. Hosting-layer cookies or security mechanisms, if present, are managed by the hosting provider rather than this application.

Website terms

You are welcome to browse the portfolio and use its local favorites and theme features. Viewing or saving a favorite does not book a project, create a client agreement, or transfer rights to the displayed work.

Project descriptions identify Julian’s contribution; collaborations may include work owned by clients, artists and other contributors. Names, logos, press coverage and creative references identify their subjects and do not imply endorsement of this website. Obtain the relevant owner’s permission before copying, distributing or commercially reusing material. Nothing here limits rights you already have under applicable law.

Reach figures are dated cumulative totals from the stated source, not unique audience counts or a promise of future campaign results. External platforms control their own availability, content, prices and terms. Contact Julian if you find an inaccurate credit, broken link, or rights concern.

This website provides portfolio information and is not a checkout. Project obligations, deliverables and rights are established in the separate written agreement for the work. These website terms do not replace that agreement or limit mandatory consumer rights.

Project bookings, cancellations & refunds

No payments, subscriptions or bookings are processed on this website, and browsing it has no charge. Contact Julian for a written project scope and quote.

Before payment, the project agreement should specify the total price, payment schedule, deliverables, revisions, cancellation terms and any refundable or nonrefundable amounts. No blanket “no refunds” rule is imposed by this website. If work has already been booked, refer to your agreement and contact tytmediaproductions@gmail.com with a booking or refund question. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Any portfolio reward can be discussed when requesting a quote. Saving favorites or revealing a reward does not place an order or charge a fee; the displayed reward terms and the agreed project scope apply.

Accessibility

The portfolio includes keyboard controls, labeled video and navigation buttons, text alternatives for meaningful images, a list view for selected work, and a motion control. In the carousel, use the left and right arrow keys to browse and Enter to play. You can save projects from the player without dragging. Escape closes dialogs.

Use the Motion button to pause animated previews and reduce visual motion. Audio controls are available in the video player and Easter egg controls. Some supplied films and creative clips may not include captions or audio description. This is not a claim of complete accessibility conformance.
